Ever present is the remarkable view of Kilimanjaro, under which the park boasts one of Kenya's best displays of wildlife. Hemingway wrote of it as the essence of Africa. Elephants rummage in the lower forests, Leopards prowl the salt flats, Antelope graze. All against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro's majestic peak. The classic image of Africa. Apart from a few patches of acacia forest, Amboseli parklands comprise of only scrub and very fragile saline grass-the dry volcanic ash would host little more.

The melting snows of Kilimanjaro feed rivers and springs that supply water to the swamps and like Amboseli, which is usually completely dry flooding only in the rainy seasons. Attracted to the swamps are a large variety of wildlife comprising of Antelope, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Zebra, large herds of Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo, and the predators, the Lion, Cheetah and occasionally the Leopard. Much a part of the Amboseli scenery is the Maasai tribesmen who graze their cattle here, for this is also the home of the Maasai.

The classic safari from July to September, the Mara provides one of nature's most dramatic spectacles, the annual migration of thousands and thousands of wildebeest and zebras, teeming from the south to cross the Mara river into the Masai Mara National Reserve. The stunning Savannah stretches on forever. In the vast landscape you can see Cheetah the fastest animal in the world, chasing Antelope and Gazelle. In the Mara River Hippos bathe, and on the banks, Crocodiles sun themselves. One of the world's very special places.

As East Africa's plains fade yellow after the summer's rains, an ancient signal is sent to millions of beast as one, the horizon blurring with the bodies at least 1.4 million wildebeest and 200 000 zebra, eland and gazelle, relentlessly tracked by Africa's great predators. This is the migration - one of the most awe-inspiring sights on earth.

The migration has its origin on Tanzania's southern Serengeti plains, where great herds of wildebeest, zebra and Thomson's gazelle gather to graze on the rain-ripened grass in January. But by the end of May the depleted plains are unable to sustain them - and an ancient impulse commands them to move. Like iron filings being drawn by a magnet, the great herds sweep north towards the Masai-Mara plains. By July the herds have amassed along the swollen Mara River - their final barrier from the short, sweet grasses ahead.

With wild eyes, they plunge in to face the crocodiles which await them. Many who struggle through the deadly flotilla are drowned, or else weakened, falling prey to ambushing lions. This is the dramatic life-and-death struggle that travelers have come to see. Between June and October the herds total 1.4 million beasts in the Masai Mara and a dust cloud of movement and noise pervades the air. Here the green grass of the Mara-plains nourishes them - until the arrival of the November rains, calling them back south again. Back on the rain-sweetened Serengeti grasslands, the pregnant females give birth in spontaneous profusion. The circle of life is completed.

DAY 1

Pickup from hotel at 0730 hrs drive toTsavo West entering Tsavo West National Park around 1100 hrs doing gamedrive enroute to Kilaguni lodge arriving for lunch.

Afternoon gamedrive from 1500hrs up to Mzima springs till evening then back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY2

Early morning gamedrive from 0630 hrs up to 0800 hrs then breakfast. After breakfast, drive to Amboseli via Shetani Lava. Arriving around mid-day and doing gamedrive enroute to Amboseli Serena arriving for lunch.

Afternoon gamedrive from 1500hrs up to 1800hrs. Dinner and Overnight.

DAY 3

Early breakfast then gamedrive enroute to Masai Mara via Nairobi, having your lunch at Narok Town. After lunch drive to Mara Simba Lodge or Mara Fig Tree arriving in the evening while doing gamedrive enroute. You shall have two overnights with all gamedrives.

DAY 5

Early breakfast then gamedrive enroute to Lake Naivasha Lodge arriving for lunch. After lunch afternoon gamedrive up to evening with dinner and overnight.

DAY 6

Early gamedrive then breakfast. After breakfast then drive to Nairobi arriving at Daphne Sheldrick Orphanage then drive to Silver Springs hotel for check in and lunch. The accommodation is Bed & Breakfast. You shall relax in the hotel for the whole aftemoon till evening then overnight.

DAY 7

Breakfast then visit the Nairobi National Museum.You will have a choice to go to the Carnivore restaurant for lunch then go to the Karen Blixen or Giraffe Center. Afterwards you will be transferred to the Railway Station to catch your train to Mombasa.

DAY 8
We shall pick you from the railway station to your beach hotel for one week stay.

DAY 1

Pick up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the morning and drive to Samburu National Park with lunch on the way at Kentrout, Nanyuki. You will then drive to Samburu National park arriving at around 1600 hrs while doing gamedrive enroute to the Iodge.You will arrive late in the evening. Check in, dinner & overnight in Samburu Serena Lodge.

DAY 2

Early gamedrive then breakfast. Another gamedrive from 1000hrs to lunch time. Samburu National Park is famous for a lioness which adopted a baby oryx twice. You will have two overnights in the park plus gamedrives.

DAY 3

You will have early morning gamedrive then breakfast, at around 1000hr, drive out of the park and go to Mt. Kenya arriving at the Ark for lunch. There is no game drive here because the animals come around the Ark for viewing. You will have one overnight here.

DAY 4

You will have view from around 0700hrs upto 0800 hrs then breakfast. After breakfast then drive to Nakuru National Park doing gamedrive enroute arriving for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon gamedrive from 1600hrs upto evening then dinner & overnight.

DAY 5

Early morning gamedrive up to 0800hrs then breakfast, after breakfast gamedrive enroute to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving for lunch at Mara Simba Lodge at around 1300hrs. Check in, have lunch. Relax until around 1600hrs for your evening gamedrive untill 1830hrs then dinner & overnight at Mara Simba lodge. You will have two overnights here at Mara Simba lodge plus all gamedrives.

DAY 7

Early morning gamedrive then breakfast. After breakfast drive to Nairobi arriving for lunch at Nairobi Serena Hotel.

DAY 8:

Early breakfast then drive to Amboseli National Park arriving around 1130hrs with gamedrive enroute to Amboseli Serena Lodge arriving for lunch. You will have two overnights at the Park with all the gamedrives. This is the Kilimanjaro experience. You may have either one overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge and the other at Oltukai lodge which faces Mt.Kilimanjaro.

DAY 10

Early breakfast then gamedrive enroute to Tsavo West National Park passing through the famous Shetani lava then drive to Kilaguni Serena lodge arriving for lunch. At 1500hrs you shall drive to Mzima Springs to view the beautiful magnificent Springs teaming up with Hippos, Crocodiles and lots of beautiful fish. After Mzima Springs you shall do gamedrives enroute to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 11

Early gamedrive then come for breakfast. Afterwards gamedrive enroute to Tsavo East entering through Manyani gate. You shall do gamedrive up to Mudanda rock then drive to Voi Wildlife lodge arriving for !unch. Afternoon gamedrive as from 1600 hrs upto 1800 hrs. Dinner and overnight at Vol Wildlife lodge.

DAY 12

Early morning gamedrive upto 0800 hrs then breakfast. After breakfast another gamedrive upto lunch .You shall have lunch at Voi Town then drive to Mombasa upto Shimba Hills Game Reserve with gamedrive enroute to Shimba Rainforest lodge the only TREE HOTEL at the Coast. At 1600 hrs you shall go for gamedrive & Sundowner. Dinner & overnight at Shimba Rainforest lodge.

DAY I3

Early breakfast then gamedrive up to 1000 hrs then walk to the Sheldrick Falls which will take about two and half hours. After the walk then board your safari bus back to your hotel.

DAY 1/2
Pick-up from your residence to the airport to catch the earliest flight to Nairobi. You will be picked at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport then drive to the Mara at 0900 hrs via the Great Rift Valley to Mai Mahiu, a very beautiful scenery. You will have your lunch at Mai Mahiu or if you depart on time in Nairobi you wiII have your lunch at the Mara Safari Club.

Afternoon gamedrive from 1600 hours till evening. Before dinner. You may have Masai Dancers or lecture about Masai culture. You will have two overnights plus all gamedrives up to the Rhino Sanctuary.

DAY 3
Early morning gamedrive then breakfast. After breakfast drive to Lake Naivasha through Mai Mahiu arriving for lunch at the new and very gorgeous Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge. This is the place, which is near Hells Gate National Park with its spectacular gorges and hot springs, beautiful craters and crystal island with many features. You will have one overnight here.

DAY 4
Early morning gamedrive then breakfast. After breakfast drive to Lake Bogoria National Park. You will arrive at Lake Bogoria Lodge for lunch. Afternoon gamedrive to see the flamingo and hot springs till evening then come for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5
Early morning gamedrive then breakfast. After breakfast drive to Mt. Kenya National Park arriving for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. After lunch then gamedrive to see the Chimpanzees and Rhinos till evening. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 6
Early morning gamedrive to the Hippo pools and bird watching then breakfast. After breakfast gamedrive enroute to Nairobi arriving for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant (all the meat you can eat). After lunch drive to the Karen Blixen and Giraffe Center till evening then overnight at a Nairobi hotel (The Sarova Stranley)

DAY 7
Breakfast then go to Nairobi National Museum then have lunch. After lunch drive to the airport to catch your afternoon flight to Mombasa. We shall pick you from the Airport to Diani.

Uganda has two places where you may trek mountain gorillas, Bwindi National Park, north west of Kabale town and Mgahinga National Park near Kisoro in the far south west of Uganda. Searching for the gorillas is an unforgettable experience, that leaves you eith lasting memories of these indomitable creatures.

DAY 1

Pick up at Kisumu Airport, drive to Busia border crossing (formalities), Drive to Kampala by passing Mubira Forest View Lake Victoria, River Nile then Owen falls.Overnight at Imperial Hotel after brief city tour.
DAY 2
Early morning breakfast then depart for Gorilla towns. Depending on allocation lunch enroute arriving in the evening at Kabale’s White Horse Hotel or Kisoros Guest Resort.

DAY 3
Depart early morning to catch up with trecking team for a full day Gorilla viewing in Mhaiganga Park.

DAY 4
Visit the Bwindi Colony before departing to Kisoro for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5
Depart to Queen Elizabeth National park arriving in time for lunch at Mwera Lodge. Afternoon garnedrive then come back for dinner and overnight in the same lodge.

DAY 6
After breakfast depart for Entebe in readiness to catch your flight to Nairobi then late flight to Mombasa.

2 Days Maasai Mara

2 Days Maasai Mara (By Flight)

Day 1

Pickup from your hotel drive to the airstrip and flight time is 2 hours to Maasai Mara seeing Kilimanjaro on the left as you fly. On arrival, the Jeep picks you up to the lodge for check in and then later have lunch. You will rest for 2 hours then you start your afternoon gamed rive from 1500 hours upto 1800 hours. Dinner and overnight. Before dinner you may have lectures about Maasai people or Maasai dancers as entertainment.

Day 2

Early wake up call at 0545 hours, take coffee with biscuits then early morning drive game drive from 0630 hours upto 0800 hours, come for full breakfast. After breakfast then at 1000 hours. Another game drive upto noon then lunch. After lunch transfer to the Airstrip to catch your flight back. You will have three game drives in a day and a total of six game drives in three days).
